Solar Energy Specielist

Bear Solar Inc. is a rapidly growing solar company, currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic door to door canvassers. The objective of our Solar Energy Specialists is to set appointments for Solar Energy Consultants. Solar Energy Specialists are responsible for canvassing local neighborhoods, discussing the benefits of solar energy with homeowners and scheduling appointments to conduct sales presentations with homeowners.

Solar Energy Specialists are compensated for scheduling appointments, regardless if the Solar Energy Consultants are successful or not, and will earn commissions upon a successful sale.

If you are outgoing, a great conversationalist, willing to work hard, and want to make the world a better place - then the Solar Energy Specialist position is an ideal fit.
Scheduled appointments are paid weekly. Commissions are paid monthly.
Training and canvassing tools are provided.

Responsibilities :

· Present a consistent positive attitude and exceptional teamwork with reliable attendance.

· Canvass assigned territory to gather leads and deliver marketing materials.

· Schedule appointments for Solar Energy Consultants to conduct sales presentations with homeowners.

Requirements :

· A positive, friendly personality and professional demeanor

· Reliable transportation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

· Excellent customer service skills required

· Frequent walking/standing for 4-6 hours per day

· Daily exposure to outside environment including inclement weather

· Punctual, regular and consistent attendance

· Able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

· Must have valid state driver's license

· Must have clean driving record
